Before the terminal, there was a soapbox car and a tin of red paint. He was always going to build things with his hands — and show his work while he did it.

Student laundry at Exeter is miserable and nobody has fixed it. So I made it a brand — pickup, delivery, an app, a name worth saying. The build is mine; the operation takes a team.
